What is acne?

DIY facial cleanser

The cleanser should be based on tea tree oil as it fights bacteria and is almost as effective as benzoyl peroxide but without any side effects. To make it, you will need:

  • ¼ cup of castor oil,
  • ½ cup of grape seed oil,
  • ¼ cup of jojoba oil,
  • 15 drops of tea tree oil.

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Store them in a clean container. Gently massage the oil into your face for a minute. Soak a clean cloth in warm water and put on your face. Wait for the water to evaporate, wipe the oil out of your face and then clean the face with a paper towel.

Aloe vera for inflammation

Mask with lemon and eggs

Egg whites cleanse the skin and shrink the pores, while lemons brighten and exfoliates the skin. Citrus fruits are also a good source of alpha-hydroxy acids and vitamin C. To prepare it, you should mix 1 egg white and juice of a lemon, then apply to your face.  After about 30 minutes rinse the face with warm water.
